Move IT were tasked to assess and project manage large exits of Audio Visual (AV) equipment from four large central London sites. Working closely with our client and the project team, Move IT put together a scheduled programme to decommission a variety of AV equipment (including decommissioning an entire auditorium) from a multitude of staging positions.
Scope required – decommission, pack, exit and securely deliver to secure processing facility.
Overall, the AV equipment removed totalled to over 400 pallets, and was delivered over a seven month period within the desired timescale and budget.
