Move IT were tasked to schedule (in line with deployment dates) to collect used IT equipment from over 200 stores across UK and Northern Ireland for a large retailer. To achieve the schedule, Move IT had to overcome the various obstacles presented when completing collections from retail environments (i.e. loading bay booking slots, limited parking and pedestrianised only access).
Move IT achieved all collections within the agreed scheduled timescale and met our client’s logistics budget and Service Level Agreement.
